SHIPPING TERMS:
There are two option you can choose:
1. EXW or Ex Works that means Buyer arranges for pick up of goods at the seller's location. (RECOMMENDED)
2. FOB or Free On Board that means Seller arranges for ocean transport of the goods, preparing goods for shipment, and loading the goods onto the vessel.
Packing
- Slabs are transported on wooden racks; a plastic sheet is put between the polished sides in order to prevent scratches on the surface.
- Tiles are packed in inner-boxes (cardboard ), which are stacked in wooden crates. Each inner-box preferably holds 1 m2 of Tiles(Marble China) (For all designs 30 cm x 30 cm = 12 Tiles(Marble China) = 1 m2) . The wooden crates are designed to take full advantage of the 20-foot container. The wooden crates are often 115 cm x 100 cm x 100 cm. All Tiles(Marble China) are packed inside a plastic shrink foil, before they can be packed into the carton box. All Tiles(Marble China) must be cleaned (no dust, no dirt) before packing.
PAYMENT TERM:
We suggest our buyer to visit our location to see our products and process production before signing a contract or proforma invoice. But if buyer believe us that we will deliver the products they will bought, i guarantee our company will keep your trust by deliver our products on time and keep quality of your products.
Payment will be made in three times:
First payment, Buyer pay 30% of total payment when proforma invoice or contract is signed by buyer and seller. After three or four week (depend on total order) of first payment, seller deliver 30% of total order (first delivery) and give notification to buyer by email.
Second payment. After first delivery and buyer receive notification (by email) about first delivery, buyer pay 40% of total payment. After three or four week (depend on total order) of second payment, seller deliver 40% of total order (second delivery) and give notification to buyer by email.
third payment. After second delivery and buyer receive notification (by email) from seller about second delivery, buyer pay 40% of total payment. After three or four week of third payment, seller deliver 40% of total order.
